MISE CONSULT
MISE Consult End-User License Agreement
Effective date: September 9, 2026.
These terms govern access to MISE Consult, provided by MISE Praxis LLC. You must be authorized by the organization whose work you access. These terms cover portal access only. They do not purchase consulting services or commit either party to a project. Consulting scope, fees, deliverables and payment obligations must be agreed separately in writing. If the parties later sign an agreement that expressly overrides these terms, that agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
Permission to use the portal
MISE grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access the portal for their organization's engagement and billing purposes while their access remains active. MISE retains its rights in the portal software, design and documentation. Customers retain their rights in information and materials they provide.
Protect your sign-in credentials and use only your assigned account. Do not share access, attempt to access another customer's information, bypass security controls, upload malicious content or use the portal unlawfully. Report suspected unauthorized access to admin@misepraxis.com.
Engagement information and billing
The portal helps communicate engagement progress. A status update or deliverable link does not by itself authorize work, create a fee obligation, approve a change or establish acceptance of a deliverable. Those decisions require a separate written agreement between MISE and the customer.
Invoice information may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Amounts due, due dates and payment obligations must follow the terms separately agreed between MISE and the customer and be reflected in the issued invoice. Contact MISE about discrepancies before relying on an inconsistent display.
Invoice payment links open Intuit-hosted pages. Intuit processes payments under its applicable terms. MISE Consult does not process card or bank transactions. A portal status alone is not confirmation that funds settled. Contact admin@misepraxis.com about refunds, credits or billing disputes. Any agreed refund or credit will be handled through the applicable billing process; this portal does not promise automatic refunds or waive rights provided by law.
Availability and access changes
Access depends on internet connectivity, authentication and third-party services. MISE may maintain or update the portal, and may restrict or suspend access for security concerns, misuse, loss of authorization or termination of the relevant agreement. Portal access does not create a service-level commitment beyond a signed agreement.
The portal is an administrative tool and is not professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. MISE does not promise uninterrupted or error-free portal availability. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies provided by mandatory law, impose arbitration, or establish a contractual cap on liability. Please contact MISE promptly about a dispute so the parties can attempt to resolve it.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Notice describes portal information handling. Linked services and documents may have separate terms and access requirements. Connecting QuickBooks requires consent from an authorized administrator; ordinary customer portal access does not grant permission to connect or control a QuickBooks company.
Contact MISE Praxis LLC at admin@misepraxis.com for questions about these terms or portal access. Material changes will be made available with a revised effective date and any notice or acceptance required by applicable law or the customer agreement.
